Judy Delaine Smith Patterson

Mrs. Judy Delaine Smith Patterson, 73, of Lexington Highway, Elberton, wife of 55 years to Hugh ‘Doyle’ Patterson, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021, at her residence.

Mrs. Patterson was born in Elberton on July 1, 1948, daughter of Betty Sue Gaines Smith and the late John Wilton “Billy” Smith. She was employed as a purchasing agent at Seaboard Farms/Conagra for many years, but her greatest joy in life was being at home and with her family.

Survivors, in addition to her husband Doyle and mother Betty, include her children: Natalie Denise Patterson Rousey and her husband Richard of Elberton and John Kevin Patterson and his wife Julie of Jefferson; two grandchildren: Matthew Rousey and his wife Kelsey of Elberton and Matthue Bryse Patterson of Jefferson; and sister, Debra Ann Smith Romine and her husband Charles of Elberton.

At Judy’s request, no services will be held. She will be entombed in the Mausoleum at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
