Ms. Julia Gail Brown, 68, of Shallow Creek Rd., Elberton, GA passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016 at her home.

Ms. Brown was born June 3, 1948 in Hartwell, GA to James Thurman Brown and Millie Jane White Brown.

Survivors include daughters Lisa Brown of Elberton, GA, Rose Evans of Elberton, GA; sisters Mary Thelma Dean of Hartwell, GA and Nellie Lee Coile of Danielsville, GA.

Ms. Brown was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
