Kathleen Scarborough Peppers

Mrs. Kathleen Scarborough Peppers, 81, of Colonel Dixon Rd., Elberton, GA wife of Henry Herman Peppers passed away Monday, August 7, 2017.

Mrs. Peppers was born December 27, 1935 in Elberton, GA to Luther Scarborough and Sallie Kate Lovinggood Scarborough. She was a member of Fortsonia Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband: Henry Herman Peppers; brothers: David Scarborough and Sydney Scarborough both of Elberton, GA; and sisters: Anna Belle Leard of Hartwell, GA and Christine Mobley of Mableton, GA.

Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 11AM, Wednesday, August 9, 2017 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Al Butler officiating. Interment will follow in Fortsonia Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10-11AM just before the service at Berry Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested to make memorials in Kathleen's memory to Fortsonia Baptist Church, 2616 Washington Highway, Elberton, GA 30635.
