Kathy Parker Hall

Mrs. Kathy Parker Hall, 61, of Elizabeth St. Elberton, GA passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Hall was born June 6, 1960 in Winder, GA to William E. “Red” Parker and Ernestine Wiggins Parker. She was an office manager of Floyd Farms for 10 years.

Kathy graduated from Winder Barrow High School in 1977 where she was recognized as being a Who’s Who American High School Student of 1976-1977. She was an avid horse enthusiast where she made multiple trips to Lexington, KY touring various horse farms, stables and races at Keeneland where she got to meet her favorite horse named California Chrome. Kathy also enjoyed the many trips to Savannah with Joey.

She is survived by her husband Joey D. Hall; son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Leah Nadeau; daughter and son-in-law: Whitney and Mike Roberge; step-daughter and son-in-law: Terra and Rodney Johnson; brothers and sisters-in-law: Richard and Susan Parker, Steve and Pam Parker, Scott and Liliana Parker; two grandchildren: Michaela and Daija and her two best friends: Michelle Cheek and Carol Stanley.

No services are planned at this time and a memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
