Kenneth Charles Cannon

Kenneth Charles Cannon, 66, of 2045 Stephens Road Elberton husband of Shirley Mullins Cannon died Wednesday June 23, 2010 at Elbert Memorial Hospital. Born in Wilkerson County, he was a son of the late Colonel Cannon and Lonnie Urssery Cannon. He was a member of River of Life Baptist Church in Hartwell, GA. and was retired from Hillcrest Granite Co. Survivors include his wife of the home Shirley Mullins Cannon, daughters Wanda Hopkins of Marion, SC, Michelle Mantz of Fairview, SC, and Tina Cannon of Elberton, GA, a son Ray Cannon of Elberton, GA, a brother Benjamin Cannon of Winter Garden, FL and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister Georgia Ann Beavers. Funeral services will be held Saturday June 26 at 11AM at the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. David McConnell officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Bowman, GA. The family will be at the home and will receive friends from 6-8PM Friday night at Berry Funeral Home. Berry Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements for Mr. Kenneth Charles Cannon.
