Kenneth Otha David

Kenneth Otha David, 74, of 52 Tower Lane, Elberton husband of Lucia Kelley David died Sunday October 31, 2010 at Elbert Memorial Hospital. Born in Madison County he was a son of the late Paul Jackson David and Nell Phillips David. He was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, he was a cosmetologist, and worked at Prestolite before he retired from the Elbert County Landfill. In his earlier years he served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Survivors include his wife of the home Lucia Kelley David, sisters Mary Ann Wood of Buckhead, GA and Frances Nelms of Jasper, GA, he was preceded in death by two sisters Faye Kelley, and Barbara Jean Allen and a brother Rachel David. Funeral services will be held Tuesday November 2, at 2PM at the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Quarles and Rev. Mike Sarna officiating. Burial will follow in Meadow Cemetery in Comer, GA. The family will be at the home 52 Tower Lane and will receive friends from 6-8PM Monday night at Berry Funeral Home. Pallbearers will include Pete Taylor, Alvin Brady, Bob Farmer, Tommy Fields, James Payton, and Louis Betts.
