Mr. Kieffer Hewell Carlton, Jr. age 65 of Elberton, Ga. passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016.Mr. Carlton was born on November 27, 1950 in Elberton, Ga. to Kieffer Hewell and Louise Herndon Carlton. Mr. Carlton was preceeded in death by his parents and sister Becky Couch. He is survived by his daughter Casey Carlton and son Chase Carlton both of Elberton, He is also survived by two grandchildren, Candence and Mason Carlton, his ex-wife Jerita Carlton and sister Karen McAnsepy and her husband Anthony of Elberton. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Kieffer Hewell Carlton, Jr. was held Friday, June 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Elmhurst Cemetery with Rev. Joe Whelan officating. Arrangements for Mr. Kieffer Hewell Carlton, Jr. were in the care of Hicks Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Elberton.
