Laura Jennings Dickerson

Mrs. Laura Lucille Jennings Dickerson, 70, of Ellen Street, Hartwell, wife of Ronnie Dickerson, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016, at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta.

Mrs. Dickerson was born September 19, 1946 in Anderson, SC to Drayton Kelly Jennings, Sr. and Lucille Grace Crawford Jennings. She was a member of River of Life Church in Hartwell and was a retired seamstress from the textile industry.

Survivors include her husband Ronnie Dickerson of the home; son Donnie Allen Dickerson of Royston, GA; daughter Donna Gail Adams of Hartwell, GA; brother Drayton Kelly Dickerson, Jr. of Commerce, GA; grandchildren Kaylee, Brittany, Dustin, Leighann and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers Aaron Truman Jennings, Donald Bruce Jennings and sister Gail Grace Jennings.

Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held 3PM, Sunday October 16 at River of Life Church in Hartwell with Pastor Ken Buffington officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested to make memorials in her honor to River of Life Church, 3966 Elberton Highway, Hartwell, GA 30643.
