Lillian Henderson Kerr

Mrs. Lillian Henderson Kerr, 90, of South McIntosh Street, Elberton widow of the late Willie Robert Kerr passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Kerr was born in Atlanta, Georgia January 12, 1924 to the late Thomas Henderson and Courtney Robbs Henderson. She was a member of Morrow First Baptist Church, a homemaker and the last surviving member of her immediate family. Left to cherish her memories are her son and daughter-in-law Butch and Laura Lewis of Elberton and grandchildren Jenny Gewirtzman and Adam Lewis. Graveside funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 2PM, Thursday, March 27 at Elmhurst Cemetery with Reverend Phil Harkey officiating. In lieu of flowers the family has requested to please make memorials in her memory to a charity of one's choice.
