Lois Smith Alexander

Lois Kay Smith Alexander, age 89, of McDonough, died Sunday, September 29, 2019.

She was born in Lexington, North Carolina to Voyle Smith and Ruby Narcissus Smith. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Gwen (Glenn) DeVaun and brothers, James Smith, Joe (Josie) Smith, and Cary Smith.

Mrs. Alexander is survived by husband, of 68 years, Jullian Jett Alexander; Children: Kay Alexander, Jett (Sandy) Alexander Jr., and Marvin Alexander: grandchildren: Rachel Alexander and Matthew Alexander, brother: Steve (Jean) Smith; sister in law: Lee Smith; and several nieces and nephews

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Elberton, Georgia with Rev. Bruce Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 2, 2019 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors in McDonough.
