Ms. Lori Denise Brown, 34, of Myrtle St. Elberton, GA passed away Friday, October 2, 2015 at her home. Ms. Brown was born April 7, 1981 in Elberton, GA to Terry D. Brown and Karen Parham Brown. She was a member of Redemption Church in Greenville, SC. Lori was a freelance artist and tutor where she taught math and science. Left to cherish her memories are her daughter McKaylee "Kaylee" Saxon; parents Terry D. and Karen Parham Brown of Elberton, GA; brother and sister-in-law Kevin and Barbara Brown of Huntsville, AL; sister and brother-in-law Christy Brown and Jeff Johnson of Atlanta, GA; grandparents Jimmy and Jean Parham of Elberton, GA; nephew Layne Brown and niece Allie Jean Brown. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 2PM, Tuesday, October 6 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Revs. Jerry Rice, Ann Reynolds, Mickey Umbehant officiating. The family will be at the home 134 Myrtle St. Elberton and will receive friends from 6-8PM Monday night at Berry Funeral Home. The family has requested please omit flowers and memorials may be made in her honor to Kaylee Saxon Educational Fund at any Pinnacle Bank Branch.
