Louise Graham Paul

Louise Graham Paul, widow of Thomas F. Paul, passed away Friday, February 26, 2010, at the Barnwell County Nursing Home, Barnwell, SC, she was 87. Mrs. Paul has resided in Barnwell for the last 4 ½ years but Elberton, Georgia was her home. Born in Crawford, Ga. to Robert Franklin Graham Sr. and Sally Burkhalter Graham. She was a member of Doves Creek Baptist Church, and was a homemaker. She is survived by her children: Donald (Sandy) Paul of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jackie (Thomas) Ramsey, Barnwell, SC, Elliott (Linda) Paul of Elberton, Ga., Larry (Tina) Paul of Athens, Ga., Dianne (Ron) Floyd of Aiken, SC. and Johnny (Wendy) Paul of Colbert, Ga. One sister, Lettie Elizabeth Huff (LE) of Riverdale, Ga. She leaves behind a large family of 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents and husband of 53 years , son Gary Michael Paul, brothers, Harvey Graham Sr., Sam T. Graham, Robert Franklin Graham, sisters, Lucille G. Patman, Monteen Hammond, Edna Roberts, Mama Paul as she was affectionately known will be laid to rest on Sunday, February 28 At Forest Hills Memorial Park in Elberton, Ga. The service will be held at the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home of Elberton, Ga. at 2PM Sunday February 28 with Rev. Gordon Rhoden officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Ryan Guest, Gary Guest, Bob Paul, Donnie Paul, Trent McElroy, Matthew McElroy and Jason Paul. Flowers are optional and memorials may be made in her honor to Alzheimer's Association 1925 Century Blvd., Suite 10 Atlanta, GA 30345.
