Maria Christine Samuel

Maria Christine D’Souza Samuel, 47, of Elberton, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018, at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.

Maria was born in Chennai, India on May 8, 1971, daughter of the late John Arther D’Souza and Christine D’Souza. She was employed in the granite industry and a parishioner of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

She is survived by her former husband, Samuel V. Chandran; sons: Phillip Ryan Samuel and Jonathan Dylan Samuel; and siblings: Paul D’Souza and Suzanne D’Souza.

Memorial services celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, December 15, at 11 o'clock at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
