Marilyn B. Felder, age 77, of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, November 29,2022 at Nancy Hart Nursing Center for Nursing and Healing in Elberton.
Marilyn was born in Savannah to the late Emory Boatright and Lollie Winfrey Boatright. While Marilyn did not serve in the military, she proudly served her country as a civil servant secretary at Ft. Gordon in Augusta- where she still has many friends. Marilyn will be remembered for her love of animals, her love of family, and her tenacious spirit.
She is survived by her daughter, Robyn Albeke of Athens; and her sisters, Caren
Boatright of Augusta, and Angela Kelly (Chuck) of Augusta. She is also survived
by Granny’s pride and joy, her granddaughter, Piper Albeke.
The family will celebrate Marilyn’s life in the spring.
