A viewing for Ms. Downer will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Berry Funeral Home, 1265 Washington Highway, Elberton, GA.

A Graveside Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Lincoln Heights Cemetery, Lincoln Avenue, Elberton, GA.
