Mary Frances Barton

Mary Frances Crawford Barton, 88, of Brevard passed away on Monday, October 14, 2013. She was a daughter of the late Homer and Mary Sanders Crawford. Frances was a member of the First Baptist Church of Brevard. After 25 years of service, she retired from the Brevard Police Department as a dispatch operator. Survivors include her sons; Cleve Barton and wife Alendia of Brevard and Alton Barton and wife Carolyn of Brevard, a sister; Helen Hembre of Dalton, GA, grandchildren; Pam Landreth, Carla Owens and Sarah Ann Barton all of Brevard and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11:00am, Friday, October 18, 2013 in the Moody-Connolly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Owen officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Rock Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Elberton, GA.
