Mary Louise Parrish Bishop

Mary L. Bishop, 76, of 401 Hillwood Drive, Danielsville, Georgia, wife of the late Rufus Henry Bishop passed away Monday, July 16, 2012 at Unihealth PAC-Heritage in Athens, Georgia. Born in Wrens, Georgia March 20, 1936, to the late Walter Parrish, Sr. and Ileen Gabriel Parrish. She was a retired caregiver and of the Baptist faith. Left to cherish her memories are her children Ruby Ileen Bishop Dennis of Danielsville, Georgia; and Henry Etta Lee Bishop of Athens, Georgia; twelve grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a daughter Pearl Estelle Bishop Cain and brothers Talmadge Eugene Parrish and Walter Parrish, Jr. Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
