Mary Pappas Reed

Mary Lucille Pappas Reed, 85, died at Magnolia Estates in Elberton, GA on Thursday, January 18, 2018.

She was born in Lansing, MI on August 29, 1932, the sixth child of George and Minnie Pappas.

Always a very happy, friendly and loving lady with a deep love of our Heavenly Father. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was predeceased by her loving husband of 31 years, H. Owen Reed,

She is survived by daughter: Diane(Ken) Dougan, sons: Gary(Dai) Arwood, Dan (Dawn) Arwood, step-daughters: Sara (Joe)Ferrar and Carol Wetters, brother: Arthur Pappas, 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

The family extends it's gratitude for the consistent care and love shown by all employees of Magnolia Estates.

Contributions can be made to the Arthritis Foundation, Samaritan's Purse or the Food Bank of GA.

Memorial to be arranged at a later date in Michigan.
