Mr. Michael Allen Miller passed away on March 13, 2022 at his residence. Michael was born August 25, 1967 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late Joe and Mary Miller. He humbly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1985-1989. He worked as a truck driver and enjoyed getting to drive his eighteen-wheeler. Michael was a fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and loved cheering his Dawgs on. He loved his family and especially he adored his grandchildren. Michael is survived by his loving wife of twenty-one years, Wendy Hubbard Miller; his children, Clay Miller, Kirsten McCurley, Jon McCurley, Jenna McCurley, Kyle McCurley, and Christina Tillman (Bradley); his grandchildren, Draven Boleman, Ariona Boleman, JoHanna Vinson, Arianna Lee, Maddy McCurley, Jaxon Lee, Lani Keys, Savannah Keys, Bella Tillman; his siblings, Patty Seymour, Joleen Remington, and Bob Miller; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mike and Jackie Hubbard, and Pat and Russell Horton; and also many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Michael is preceded in death by his sister, Pam Eaton; his brother, Joe Miller Jr.; his sister-in-law, Lori Miller; his brother-in-law, Wayne Seymour; and his nephew, Ryan Remington. A visitation for Mr. Miller was held Friday, March 18, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Hicks Funeral Home. A Memorial service was held on Saturday, March 19,2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Hicks Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Buffington and Rev. John Todd officiating. Arrangements for Mr. Michael Allen Miller were in the care of Hicks Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Elberton.
