Michael Wesley Palmer

Mr. Michael Wesley Palmer, 63, of Hartwell, husband of 44 years to Adele Davis Palmer, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018, at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Mr. Palmer was born in Andrews, NC on June 22, 1954, son of the late Noah Wesley Palmer, Jr. and Joyce Jean Strange Palmer. He was a retired respiratory therapist and a U.S. Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of Celebration Outreach Center and enjoyed hunting and woodworking.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Jason Michael Palmer, his wife Amy, and their son Christopher Jacob Palmer; three sisters: Teresa West, Becky Palmer, and Kathy Woodside; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services celebrating his life will be held on Monday, April 23, at 3 o’clock at Celebration Outreach Center with the Rev. Bill Jones officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following the service.
