Mildred Elizabeth Mcgarity

Mrs. Mildred Elizabeth Hall McGarity, 85, of Cade St. Hartwell, GA wife of the late Robert Vandiver McGarity, Sr. passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016.

Mrs. McGarity was born April 30, 1931 to Roy Price Hall and Bular Craig Hall. She was a retired hairdresser.

Survivors include her children and their spouses: Linda and Dan Franks of Royston, GA; Beverly Massey of Royston, GA; Robert McGarity, Jr. of Athens, GA; Steve and Marilyn McGarity of Toccoa, GA; siblings: Jean Hall Salter of Plains, GA; Roy Hall, Jr. of Watkinsville, GA; nine grandchildren; ninth-teen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son David Randall McGarity, son-in-law: Jerry Massey; sister Jerlene Strickland and a grandchild.

Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held 1PM, Wednesday December 14 at Royston Church of God with Pastor Eddie Wiggins officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested to please make memorials in her honor to the Royston Church of God.
