Mildred Esther Farnsworth

Mildred Esther Shaw Farnsworth, 92, of 48 Watkins Farm Road, Lexington, Georgia widow of the late Vernon Francis Farnsworth passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2013 at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Georgia. Born in Boston, Massachusetts January 23, 1921 to the late Roderick Neal Shaw and Sadie Ruth Sullivan Shaw Smith. She was a retired Secretary in the Construction Industry. Left to cherish her memories are her children Gary Farnsworth of Lexington, Georgia and Lorna Smith of Jacksonville, Florida; sister Ruth Farnsworth; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
