Nena Ruth Crawford Thompson

Mrs. Nena Ruth Crawford Thompson, 64, of Fork Creek Circle, Bowman, wife of Paul 'Clark' Thompson, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at her residence.

Mrs. Thompson was born December 1, 1959 in Stockton, CA to William Harold Crawford and Vivian Geraldine Lane Rowland. She was a truck driver working for Turner Concrete-Quality Block and a Elbert County school bus driver.

She is survived by her husband Paul Clark Thompson; sons and daughter-in-law: Michael and April Hughes of Elberton and Corey Hughes of Elberton, brothers and sister-in-law: Troy and Michelle Crawford of Jacksonville, FL, Sean Crawford of Dewy Rose, GA and three grandchildren: Brycin, Ryder and Isaiah. 

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Jody Mae White.

Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held 11AM, Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Bowman Baptist Church with Rev. Caleb Bond officiating. The family will receive friends from 10AM to 11AM just prior to the service at Bowman Baptist Church.
