Mrs. Neola Joy Lee Sheppard, 82, of Poplar Street, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 8, 2014. Born December 31, 1931 in Phoenix, Arizona to the late Carl Dalton Lee and Opal Neola Marvin Lee. Mrs. Sheppard was a retired Medical Records Technician. Left to cherish her memories are her sons Roger and Brian Sheppard, siblings Patti, Jim, Jani, Daniel, Denny, Suzi, Phil and Robin.
