Mrs. Nancy ‘Paige’ Saxon Yeargin, 54, of Washington Highway, Elberton, wife of 32 years to Carl Lawson Yeargin, Jr., passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019, at St. Mary’s Hospice House.

Paige was born in Elberton on May 11, 1964, daughter of Nancy Maxwell Hall and the late William Ward Saxon. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Elberton and a secretary having worked in the granite industry. She enjoyed arts and crafts and picking flowers with her dear Harper.

Survivors include her husband, Lawson; children: Jordan Lindsey Yeargin, William Riley Yeargin, and Chancellor Lawson Yeargin; granddaughter, Harper Blake Yeargin; mother and step-father, Nancy and Fred Hall; sister and brother-in-law, Tracie and Stewart York; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Carla and Ken Taylor; step-brother and his wife, James and Teresa Hall; step-sister and her husband, Melanie and Glenn Lunsford; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial services celebrating her life will be held on Sunday, May 5, at 2 o’clock in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the home of Tracie and Stewart York, Pine Needle Lane, Elberton.

Contributions may be made in her memory to T.J. & Friends Foundation, Mercy Ministries, or to the Paige Saxon Yeargin Memory Fund at Pinnacle Bank.
