Mrs. Pamela Lee Wilson Ingram, age 56, of Benton Road, Carlton, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens with her family at her side.
Mrs. Ingram was born in Athens on October 31, 1966, daughter of the late Tommy Lee Wilson and Frances Marie Smith Wilson. She was a homemaker for most of her life, and had previously worked as a seamstress and in the deli at the Comer Bread Basket. Pam loved her family dearly, and will be remembered for her adventurous, yet sometimes stubborn, spirit. She was always staying busy and doing for others.
Survivors include her daughters: Courtney Lee Strickland and her husband J.R. of Lavonia and Amber Marie Teasley and her husband Heath of Hartwell; grandchildren: Elijah, Emma, and Ellie, who were their Nanny's pride and joy; companion, Walter King of Carlton; and sister, Paula Marquise of Flower Mound, Texas.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Philliip Ingram.
Memorial services will be conducted at a later date, and her remains will be placed with her husband in Howington Cemetery in Nicholson.
