Parish Denise McHale-Lewis

Parish Denise McHale-Lewis born September 13, 1988, passed from life into the eternal, on September 14, 2024, at the age of 36, from natural causes. 

Parish was born to her Father, Amani L. Tasi of Long Beach, CA and her Mother, Tina C. Bruce of Royston, GA. She was preceded in passing by her paternal and maternal great grandparents and grand parents, as well as her Brother Jason Amani Tasi.

Parish spent the last 5 years as an in home personal care-giver. She spent her life after high school as a servant to all she came in contact with, as that was her spiritual gift. She was an avid writer and poet; she has left her writings to her family to share and enjoy. Parish was a lover of all music and cows and she has left a deep, bright imprint of both on her family and friends to look back on and smile for years to come. 

Parish was survived by her mother and father, Amani L. Tasi and Tina C. Bruce, her loving partner C.J. McCurley; her baby sister and family, Tricia Tasi & Ohajie Drinkard and nephews Keikoa & Kymani Tasi & Amani Drinkard; older sister, Natasha Tasi & Chris Johnson and nieces & nephew, ShyAnne, Olivia & Xavier Johnson, Leilani & Malie Tasi; great nephew, Kingston Hardman and wife Sarah McHale-Lewis.

A special Key Service will be held for immediately family only on September 18 as we send her earthly vessel into eternal. 

A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Parish at 35 New Canon St, Canon, GA 30520, on Saturday, September 21, at 5PM. All family and friends are welcome to share this evening with us. 

In lieu of flowers we ask that if you would like donate anything that it be toward funeral expenses.
