Mrs. Patricia Lee Wilder Barnes, 79, of Elberton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2015 surrounded by her family. Mrs. Barnes was born in Greenwood, South Carolina to the late Thomas Lester and Mattie Belle Brachett Wilder.She was the precious bride of Mr. Otis Barnes,and celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on Tuesday, June 16th. In addition to her husband, Otis Barnes,Mrs. Barnes is survived by her children: Barbara Gail Barnes of North Carolina, and Timothy Wayne Barnes and his wife, Cindy, of Elberton; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.She is also survived by three sisters: Shirley McCannon, Vera Farrow, and Guyrine Bordua. Mrs. Barnes was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Bruce Barnes; six sisters: Elizabeth Partain, Ruth Morrison, Janette Davis, Pauline Hatton, Lucille Partain, and Maxine Burdette;and one brother, Charlie Wilder. A graveside service to celebrate Mrs. Barnes’ life was held on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Elmhurst Cemetery, with Rev.
