Patricia Tankersley Dye

Patricia Tankersley Dye, 11/10/40 - 4/22/11, 70 of 2470 Dr. George Ward Road, Elberton, wife of Harold F. Dye Jr. passed away Friday, April 22, 2011. She was proceeded in death by her infant daughter, Suzanne Dye and loving father, Alvin Brooks Tankersley of Appling, GA. Left to cherish her memory is her devoted husband of 50 years, Harold F. Dye Jr., Son and Daughter in-law, Dwayne and Donna Dye of Hartwell,GA.,Son, Dean Dye of Augusta, GA., and grandchildren, Daniel Dye Megan and Matt Bierschenk, and Adam Dye. She was a member of Eliam United Methodist Church. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held Saturday, April 23, at 4PM at the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Reverends J. Wesley Privett, and Phillip Hart officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be at the home 2470 Dr. George Ward Road, and will receive friends from 2:30 - 4 PM just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home. Pallbearers will include: Daniel Dye, Adam Dye, Brandon Dye, Ronald Dye, Eric Dixon, and Joe Adams.
