Peggy Beal Sanders

Peggy Beal Sanders, 69, of Elberton, GA, formerly of Saraland, AL, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2014, in Athens, GA. Peg is preceded in death by her parents, William T. and Hazel Beal of Satsuma, AL. She is also preceded in death by her former husband, Frank Dean Sanders and her sister, Jean B. Hartley. Survivors include two sisters and brothers-in-law, Pat and FH Forehand and Marian and Lawrence Gardner; one brother-in-law, Roy Hartley; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by special friends, Ronnie Hughes, Donna Phillips, and Marilyn Tate. At Peg's request, her body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 2, at 2:00p.m. in the Activities Building of Petersburg Towers.
