Peggy C. Brown

Ms. Peggy Joyce Cobb Brown, 60, of Elberton, Georgia passed away Monday, December 11, 2017 at her home.Ms. Brown was born in Royston, Georgia, the daughter of Winfred R. and Lessie Carter Cobb. She is survived by a son, Kevin Attaway of Elberton; and her siblings: Judy Cobb of Canon, Dan Cobb of Hartwell, June Cobb of Bowersville, Earl Cobb of Canon, and Jackie Frye of Atlanta.Ms. Brown was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Lynn Allen. The family has chosen cremation, and no services are planned at this time. Arrangements for Ms. Peggy Cobb Brown are in the care of Hicks Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Elberton.
