Polly Jones Hall

Mrs. Polly Jones Hall, 60, of Fork Creek Rd., Bowman, GA passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Hall was born May 10, 1957 in Commerce, GA to Henry Coyle Jones, Sr. and Merlene Allen Jones. She was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church where she was very active with youth group.

Mrs. Hall is survived by her husband of 39 years: Marcus Hall; son: Joshua Shane Lowery of Dallas, GA; daughter: Brandy Jones Oakes of Buford, GA; siblings: Hettie Lee Lowery of Ila, GA; Dan DeWitt of Athens, GA; grandchildren: Tyler "Beetlebug" Jones and Bradley "Stymie" Oakes.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers: Henry Coyle Jones, Jr. and Jesse James Jones.

Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 4PM, Sunday, December 3 at Rehoboth Baptist Church with Rev. Wallace Wheeles officiating. Interment will follow in Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery with Ricky Oglesby, Clay Booth, Donnie Cordell, Jim Gulley, Ronald Seymour, Jason Dickerson and Kenneth Ashworth serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Saturday night at Berry Funeral Home.

Flowers are optional and memorials may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
