Ralph G. Barber

Mr. Ralph Gordon Barber, 89, of Fayetteville, GA, husband of Elbert County native Wilma Maxwell Barber, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2015. In addition to his wife, Wilma, he is survived his children: Jerry Barber and his wife Cecelia of Fayetteville, Lynne Redmond and her husband Eddie of Jasper, Nancy Galardo and her husband Gino of Marietta, Sheila Kazmerzak and her husband Terry of Jonesboro, and Donna Meeks and her husband Ken of Kennesaw; sisters, Anne Whitley of Franklin, and Shirley Smith and her husband Bob of Alpharetta; brother, Lindy Barber of Newnan; grandchildren: Paige, Robyn, Kacie, Juli, Jill, Jenni, Dawson, Kristin, Tiffany and Ashley; and 18 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Erik. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11 o’clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home of Fairburn with Dr. James Willis officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory.
