Randy was born August 18, 1964, in Atlanta, GA to Ralph Randolph McFalls, Sr. and Kate Imogene Ramey Beck. He was a manager of Hardee's.
He is survived by three brothers; three sisters; and best friend, James Scott Harwell.
Randy's wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
