Mrs. Rebecca McKoon Zinda, 64, of Elberton, GA passed away Thursday morning, January 3, 2013. Mrs. Zinda was born in LaGrange, GA on November 21, 1948 to the late Waymond Guy and Doris Webb McKoon.She was preceded in death by her husband,Jerome Joseph Zinda. Mrs. Zinda is survived by her children:Debra Lyshoj of Greenwood, SC, Kathryn Ingram of Hartwell, GA, and Sgt. Staso Zinda and his wife, Amber,of Ft. Riley, KS;and 4 grandchildren:Rebecca, Eric, and Annie Ingram, and Sophia Zinda.She is also survived by a sister, Deborah Susan McKoon of Elberton, GA. The family held a private committal service.
