R.L. Ann Hilley

Mrs. R.L. Ann Scarborough Hilley, 62, of Omer Bond Rd., Royston, GA wife of James Virgil Hilley passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Hilley was born March 13, 1953 in Madison County to the late Rachel Rowland Scarborough. She worked on the assembly line at Tenneco and was a member of Hannahs Creek Baptist Church in Madison County. Left to cherish her memories are her husband James Virgil Hilley, sons Tommy Hilley of Royston, GA, Chad Hilley of Royston, GA, brother Paul Rowland of Comer, GA and three grandchildren Dylan, Kayla and Quentin. Mrs. Hilley's wishes were to be cremated and no services are scheduled at this time. Berry Funeral Home & Crematory, Elberton is in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. R.L. Ann Scarborough Hilley.
