Mr. Robert Charles Dugger, 61, of Vine St. Athens, GA passed away Saturday March 6, 2021 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Mr. Dugger was born March 27, 1959 in Cleveland, Ohio to Harold Dugger and Betty Casto Dugger. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Mr. Dugger was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
