Robert Earl Shaw

Mr. Robert Earl Shaw, 87, of Lake Forest Elberton, GA passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens, GA.

Mr. Shaw was born November 14, 1935 in Lumberton, NC to David Shaw and Doreatha Scott Shaw. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was a retired book binder in the printing industry.

He is survived by his wife Eleanor McQueen Shaw; son and daughter-in-law: Charles Shaw and Janie Shaw of Elberton, GA; grandchildren: Tamira and Mark Nickerson, Charles Shaw, Jr. and Kimberly Shaw and five great-grandchildren.

Private memorial services to celebrate Mr. Shaw's life are being planned at this time.
