Robert Clarke Glidewell

Robert Clarke Glidewell, age 40 of Grayson, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. 

The family will receive friends 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 670 Tom Brewer Road, Loganville, GA 30052. A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Bethlehem Cemetery, 1025 Welcome Church Road, Elberton, GA. 

Clarke will be remembered for many things: his love of baseball, his cooking skills, his quick-witted humor, and his ability to know the most trivial of facts. Above all those things, Clarke will be remembered for his devotion to his family and his friends. His dedication to those he loved will be his greatest legacy. 

Clarke was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Frances and Fleming Balchin; and paternal grandparents, Joseph and Christina Glidewell. 

Surviving are his loving wife, Cassandra Glidewell; daughters, Lydia Glidewell and Willow Glidewell; parents, Joseph and Jane Glidewell; brother, JoJo Glidewell; aunts, Patty Balchin and Fran Hendley; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Peter and Kim White-Fredette; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lindsey and Kiel Combs; brother-in-law, Ethan White-Fredette; numerous family and friends.
