Robert Keith Dunn, Sr.

Mr. Robert ‘Keith’ Dunn, Sr., 59, of Stoney Ridge Road, Washington, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022, at his residence.

Keith was born in Greensboro on June 17, 1962, son of Shirley Ann Mann Dunn and the late Robert Abner “Buddy” Dunn. He was educated in the Wilkes County School System and was a member of Phillips Mill Baptist Church. He was a truck driver having worked for Mary Smith Logging and has previously worked on the family farm, Wendy Hill Dairy.

Survivors, in addition to his mother Shirley of the residence, include his daughter, Amy Dunn of Tennessee; siblings: Rodney Kent Dunn and his wife Amy of Thomson, Melanie Dunn Kent and her husband Dana C. Kent, Jr. of Augusta, and Chad Edwin Dunn of Washington; and three grandchildren.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his son, Robert Keith Dunn, Jr.

Services will be private, and burial will be in the Phillips Mill Baptist Church Cemetery.
