Roger Clark Craft

Mr. Roger Clark Craft, 80, of Elberton, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020, in Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.A native of Elbert County, he was the son of the late Clark Howell and Callie Burden Craft.He retired from the U.S. Army after over twenty-one years of service, having served in Vietnam and being awarded many medals and a Purple Heart.He later worked in electrical communications.In addition to his parents, Mr. Craft was preceded in death by his wife, Bok Yi Craft; sisters, Florence Craft Britt, Donna Craft Walraven and Mary Jean Craft Johnston. Survivors include nieces, Carol Phillips, Elberton, Beverly Britt Swanton and Allison Britt Hanson; nephews, Don Walraven, New Mexico and Ellis Britt, Jr. A memorial service will be planned for a later date when the cremains will be interred in Elmhurst Cemetery. Arrangements for Mr. Roger Clark Craft were in the care of Hicks Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
