Roger Leroy Underwood

Roger Leroy Underwood, 70, of Opp, Alabama passed away Saturday May 4, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospice House in Bogart, Georgia. Born September 6, 1942 in Buckhannon, West Virginia to the late Roy Murl Underwood and Lillian Gladys Hyre Underwood. He was of Presbyterian Faith, a member of Alabama Farmers Association, Ruitains, and Opp Chamber of Commerce. He was a retired analytical chemist from U.S. Steel, poultry and cattle farmer, and convenience store owner. Left to cherish his memories are his daughter and son-in-law Tamara and Cheung Kim, son Todd Underwood; brother Bryan Eugene Underwood; two grandsons Theo Kim and Calvin Kim and his ex-wife and constant friend Shelia Underwood.
