Rose Boyd Webb

Rosemary Boyd Webb, affectionally known as Rose, 71, of Elberton, wife of the late James Frank Webb, Jr., passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Elbert Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family. Mrs. Webb was born in Atlanta, Georgia, August 24, 1940, to the late Olin Marcus and Lorraine Williamson Boyd. She was a former owner/operator of Richard's Restaurant, retired from Libby's Flowers, Gifts, & More and a member of Liberty Baptist Church. Left to cherish her memories are her children and their spouses, Leigh and Mark Nash of Elberton and Scott and Robin Webb of Bowman; two brothers, Doug Boyd and Bill Boyd, both of Macon, Georgia; thirteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services celebrating her life will held at 1PM Friday, February 3, in the Liberty Baptist Church, Hartwell, with the Rev. Mike Griffin, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery. The Webb family is at the home of Mark and Leigh Nash, 1844 Huntcliff Way, Elberton, and will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8PM Thursday evening.
