Mr. Frank Roy Hamilton, 66, of Elberton, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015. Mr. Hamilton was born in Hialeah, Florida on May 5, 1949, to Leon Frank Hamilton and the late Gloria Stella Roa. In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughters, Katie Marie Hamilton of Hartsville, SC and Jennifer Hamilton Scarborough of Jobs Town, NJ; sister, Gail Hamilton Dewitt of Miami Beach, FL; and two grandchildren. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his brother, Brian Thomas Hamilton. No services will be held.
