Sara Ann Davis

Mrs. Sara Ann Dutton Davis, 83, of Whites Chapel Rd., Elberton, GA passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Davis was born October 18, 1935 in Elberton, GA to Paul Dutton and Vilee Lawrence Davis. She was a retired seamstress from Elberton MFG.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Perry and Susan Davis of Elberton, GA, Douglas and Sharon Davis of Anderson, SC, daughter: Sara Frances Driver of Elberton, GA, siblings: Tincie Hardy of Dewy Rose, GA, Wilbur Bill Dutton of Anderson, SC, Laxie Harris of Canon, GA, Jack Grady Dutton of Toccoa, GA, Kendall Dutton of Columbia, SC, Pernie Dickerson of Hartwell, GA; ten grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Davis, son: Danny Davis siblings: Lawrence Dutton, Shirley Dutton, Paul Dutton, Jr., Cathy Beavers and Tommy Dutton.

Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 2PM, Friday June 28 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Roland Molina and Rev. Todd London officiating. The family are at her home, 1392 Whites Chapel Rd. And will receive friends from 6-8PM Thursday night at Berry Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery.
