Sara Richardson Parsons

Mrs. Sara Blanche Richardson Parsons, 69, of Edgewood Dr. Athens, GA passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021.

Mrs. Parsons was born September 14, 1951 in Statesboro, GA to John William Richardson and Charlie Sue Waters Richardson. She was graphic artist in the printing department of the University of Georgia.

She is survived by her caregiver and former spouse: Randy Parsons of Athens, GA, daughter: Sadie Mooney; siblings: Richard Richardson of Forest Park, GA, Barbara Aeger of Omaha, GA, Homer Richardson of Jonesboro, GA, Judy Tague of Jonesboro, GA, grandchildren: Sara Macie Parsons, Cooper Henry Parsons and Jaiden Parsons.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister: Cheryl Murray.

Mrs. Parsons wishes was to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
