Survivors include his wife Debbie Rice Hilley, daughter Melissa Duck, son Travis Hilley, brothers George Hilley, David Hilley, and Charles Hilley 3 grandchildren Audrey Duck, Mason Hilley and Dustin Hilley. Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 15 at 2PM at the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Monday night at Berry Funeral Home. Flowers are optional and memorials can be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
