Stacy Thomas Driver

Mr. Stacy Thomas Driver, 54, of Winterville, died suddenly on Monday, January 2, 2023, at his residence.

Stacy was born in Elberton on February 15, 1968, son of Carol Joyce Partridge and the late George Thomas Driver. He was educated at Samuel Elbert Academy and was currently employed with maintenance at Dixie Athens Enterprises. Stacy's favorite pastime was spending time with his niece and nephew, Bellamie and Waylon.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Joyce and Jim Hatley of Calhoun Falls, SC; brother, Jason Edward Driver and Shelby Cash of Hull; and niece and nephew: Bellamie Lynn Driver and Waylon Thomas Lee Driver.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Wadlington.

A memorial gathering celebrating Stacy's life will be held at Berry Funeral Home on Sunday evening, January 8, from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock. Burial will be private.
