Teresa Carter

Melanie Teresa Carter, age 59 of Elberton, died February 11, 2009. Mrs. Carter was the daughter of the late Lillian Worley Haralson and Carl Carter. She is survived by her aunts and uncles, Mary and Lindy Worley, Gene Worley, and Shirley Worley of Elberton; niece Allie Ray, nephew Taylor Ray, brother-in-law Scotty Ray, all of St. Cloud, Florida. Private funeral services will be held at a later date. Hicks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Melanie Teresa Carter.
