Teresa Elizabeth Head, 48, of 2492 Callaway Road, Rayle, Georgia passed away Sunday April 1, 2012 at her home. Born in Clayton County, February 24, 1964 to Jerry Head and Sherry Thompson Head. Left to cherish her memories are her partner Daddis Hansen of Rayle, Georgia; her children Shelby Lynn Robbins of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Tommy Joe "TJ" Haywood of Jonesboro, Georgia and Timmothy Shawn Smallwood of Jonesboro, Georgia; father and step-mom Jerry Head and Jeanette Head; mother and step-father Sherry Head and Pat Bush; sister Anna Head Gambrelle of Jonesboro, Georgia; brother Jerold Head of Athens, Georgia; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother Chris Head. Mrs. Head's wishes were to be cremated and Memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
